Aging

Growing older is not an illness, but the passing years do make the body more vulnerable to disease.  Out genes dictate that the body’s cell stop dividing after they have divided between 20 to 30 times.  Studies show that cells that stop dividing change form and release damaging proteins.

As free radicals attacking the cells’ productive membranes and genetic materials, causing cellular damage and malfunction, further contributing to the aging process.

Possible signs and symptoms

Significant number of problem faced by people over the age of 60 may be attributable to nutritional deficiencies.  Many have mal-absorption problem and do not assimilate nutrients, thus body system slow down and become less efficient.
